Revision Surgery
Minor revisions after breast reconstruction are common. Techniques such as scar revision and fat grafting can smooth out irregularities and transform a reconstruction from good to great. Some patients require more extensive surgery; in those cases a variety of surgical maneuvers are employed. Fortunately, with good technical skill and an eye for detail, even the most severe cases can be improved.
